CCKREATIVE values each and every Client and works in partnership to provide professional Copywriting Services meeting the Client's Marketing goals and objectives.
CCKREATIVE provides a Complimentary phone, online or in-person consultation to fully understand a Client's needs. A FREE Quote/Proposal, i.e. Estimate, is then submitted to the Client outlining the scope-of-work. Estimates are built to meet the Client's deadline. The Estimate is valid for 30 days. Once a Client signs/dates acceptance of the Estimate, Copywriting Services work is initiated by CCKREATIVE.
Estimates for Copywriting ~ Editing ~ Proofreading Services include an Initial Review of the Copy provided by CCKREATIVE. If needed, any changes or corrections are made that the Client marks. A 2nd Review Proof is provided and any final Copy 'tweaks' requested by the Client are made. In the event a Client wishes to change their marketing direction, creative vision, or significantly alter the scope-of-work beyond the Copywriting Services outlined in the signed/dated Estimate...such change orders are then considered to be 'Author's Alterations' and are invoiced at the hourly rate.
Once the Client signs/dates that the Copy is FINAL/APPROVED, the Copy transfers from CCKREATIVE to the Client or their designated Agent. At this point of transfer, as outlined in the Client's signed/dated Estimate, CCKREATIVE, it heirs, successors and assigns are held harmless with respect to any loss or expense arising out of any asserted claim, demand or cause of actions, whether now known or unknown, for any breach of Client representation regarding the Copy provided or for any infringement, defamation, invasion of right to privacy, violation of right of publicity or any other claim, based on or arising out of the use online or by publication of copy written by CCKREATIVE and provided to its Clients by mutual agreement.
CCKREATIVE is cognizant of, and very careful to properly represent, Client's brand and mission statements as designated and to properly show Client's product Service Marks, Trademarks, Copyright Marks and any other designated or required legal marks, as requested and required, within Copy provided by CCKREATIVE.
Invoices are submitted to Clients following their signed/dated FINAL/APPROVED document transferring the copy written by CCKREATIVE to the Client. Invoices are not to exceed +10/-10% the Estimate based upon the agreed upon scope-of-work. Payment Terms are negotiable but typically Net 15 from Date of Invoice.
